- Keep updated with New Projects & Resale.
- Recruiting, training, and coaching the team.
- Supports and motivates all sales agents in meetings and monitors their daily activities.
- Collects consistent feedback from sales agents about their workflow, any issues related to leads, operations, and developers.
- Responsible for his personal and team targets.

- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
