Job description: Short Description This position is responsible to supervise the production process to enhance product quality and maximize efficiency . Reseposible for all the operation of an assigned area interms of production , quality and orgnization to keep track of production activities. Long Description 1.Ensures all resources are available on time.2.Schedules work assignments, sets priorities, and directs team.3.Maintains Hygiene of production area.4.Ensures all machines resources are optimized5.Ensures compliance with all regulatory Food safety standards.6.Ensures safe working environment7.Supervises the operations and ensures the daily production output requirements are met.8.Provides training and organized OJT9.Ensures the products are as per the Quality standards.10.Reports issues related to production and quality and safety to appropriate department head.11.Ensures compliance with all regulatory Food safety standards as specified.12.Maintains a clean and safe working environment.13.Monitors and prioritize workflow of production to meet plans and scheduling14.Provides direction and guidelines to the manufacturing department.15.Ensures all machines are fully functional and coordinates with the factory maintenance team to resolve issues, if any and schedule PMs16.Maintain production focus with a drive for accurate results.17.Flexible to work long hours as required to meet production requirement.
