Job Description

  • Responsible for the recruitment and selection process to fulfil the suitable applicants for the required vacancies.
  • Analyze, evaluate and develop the HR policies, processes & procedures using the HR metrics.
  • Conduct full on-boarding process including hiring documents, orientation, etc.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Organize regular employee performance reviews.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Participate in developing the employee engagement activities.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Support in other functions as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of related studies (HR studies are preferred)
  • 2~5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Excellent English both spoken and written.
  • Competency Model and CBI experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Excellent user of MS Office; HRIS systems (SAP) will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management and problem-solving skills.
