Job Description
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection process to fulfil the suitable applicants for the required vacancies.
- Analyze, evaluate and develop the HR policies, processes & procedures using the HR metrics.
- Conduct full on-boarding process including hiring documents, orientation, etc.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Organize regular employee performance reviews.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Participate in developing the employee engagement activities.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Support in other functions as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of related studies (HR studies are preferred)
- 2~5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Excellent English both spoken and written.
- Competency Model and CBI experience is a plus.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Excellent user of MS Office; HRIS systems (SAP) will be a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, time management and problem-solving skills.
