Job description
- Increase administrative support with daily requests, issues and all needs.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
Description: Monthly submission of the GM expenses with the relevant receipts in addition to the consultancy fees.
3. Head managers Insurance
Description: Renewal policies, Paying premiums, submitting receipts, following up regarding anything belonging to the insurance.
4. PowerPoint presentations
Description: Creating PowerPoint presentations for all projects, such as feasibility studies, business plans, company profiles, factory proposal presentations, etc.
5. Workshops organization
Description: Making Agendas for the upcoming events & sending invitation letters to Drs. if necessary.
6. Formalizing contracts
Description: Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legally binding agreements between parties, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and enforceable such as Manufacturing contracts, Exclusive agency agreements & Distribution agreements, etc.
7. Issuing invoices
Description: creating and sending detailed invoices to clients, outlining the products provided, payment terms, and the total amount due.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in the same position.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Self-motivation and hard working
- Fluent in English is a MUST, both written and verbal, with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
