Job Description
- Managing resources and arranging workforce to achieve the optimum levels of production
- Setting production plans with demand and safety stock of raw materials and products taken into account
- Determine duties of labors and operators with experience and physical abilities taken into consideration
- Planning for preventative and repair maintenance strategies
- Developing methods for machine troubleshooting and repairs
- Improving product and service quality by making observations and receiving feedback from customers
- Ensuring plant aspects to meet local and international regulations and renewing certifications when necessary
- Keeping active programs to enhance safe working environment
