Job Description
- Meet with clients to gather and document their business requirements.
- Investigate and analyze their processes and work flows and suggest improvements if required.
- Conduct an effective GAP analysis to show the customers the ROI of applying Odoo to this business.
- Prepare and represent a customized Demo for the customer.
- Implement and configure the required Odoo applications.
- Coordinate with developer if needed.
- Data migration and implementation of Odoo Document all settings during the implementation process to ensure ability of any successor/team to easily follow.
- Training & Documentation: Functional consultant also helps organizations with training either at the client-side or Online. Proper documentation of Training needs to be prepared in order to make optimum use of ERP after implementation, including forms, workflows, processes, fields, and every other area that companies are looking out in their ERP system.
- Extensively test the system before any implementation step to ensure 100% First Time Right.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 Years of relative experience.
- Strong business process understanding and analysis.
- Successfully implemented Odoo ERP projects.
- Accounting experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle customers’ resistance and conflict resolution.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
