Job Description
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Assists in branding management and corporate identity.
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and implementation schedules.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Assists in outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
- Monitors& reviews on all marketing activities and results on a weekly basis.
- Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors
- Moderates Social media channels and reports.
- Suggests activities for improving the quality of online content.
- Carries out all the functions required by the direct manager job requirements
- Create online digital campaigns theme and vision
- Create, maintain and monitor campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, SEM,SEO Google AdWords and onsite search and any other social platform
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Follows social media insights and best practices

- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling
- Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights
- Generate marketing qualified leads.
- Develop brand presence through digital channels
- Plan and effectively execute a social media strategy for generating demand for the services offered.
- Manage the SEO on all online channels
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification
- Edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Preferable real estate experience
- High level of creativity
- Analytical skills
- V Good Command of English
- Mass communication graduate is Preferably.
- Background: Digital agencies experience is a must.
- Creative content writing is a MUST ( Arabic & English)
- Proven record of successful campaign with measurable ROI
