Job Description
- Prospect for new leads through different channels.
- Handling our Social media channels
- Managing all the engagement on the assigned social media platforms
- Contact potential or existing customers to convince them with our services.
- Respond to messages and comments
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Handling customers and after sale service
Job Requirements
- BA degree any Major
- Calm, cheerful, and professional.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexible to work on a rotational basis (Afternoon shifts & Night).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Skills preferable in software
- Able to work Under pressure
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Excellent in Microsoft office and mail programs.
