Job Description
- Help develop the procedures and processes
- Own the client implementation plans, to ensure that all the essential tasks are captured and completed
- Coordinates and schedules onsite client health activities with providers
- Effective communication with MetLife’s internal team, external medical providers, and coordinate with the client’s key stakeholders to ensure that the critical elements in implementing the program are met
- Attend and present at client meetings on health programs and reporting
- Follow up meetings with the clients to keep them informed of the participation results
- Maintain routine reporting of programs and outcomes
Job Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in Healthcare industry, working with an insurer, medical provider, or pharmaceutical company
- Experience working in corporate environment developing programs, interfacing with organizations and participants
- Demonstrated ability to work with all groups of people within a corporate environment
- Self-starter and self-directed worker
- Ability to work on own initiative or within a team
- Passion for health and wellness
- Competencies: Awareness of project management principles, experience in relationship management with customers and partners, strong account management skills
