Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage, direct and audit HR team to implement all HR operations efficiently.
*Oversee all HR functions in operations “recruitment, payroll, personnel, OD and employee relations”.
*Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations and HR legal practices.
* Direct the HR team to efficiently manager employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations…..etc).
* Supervise and manage the payroll and personnel process through the team “attendance, leaves, and employee records using HRIS…).
* Manage the process of performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
* Direct the collaboration with department heads to identify staffing needs and succession plans.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
*5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
*Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and healthcare compliance.
*Excellent leadership, and team management abilities.
