Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Archiving documents and administrative assistance to the design department.
REPORTING LINE:
- Technical Office Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all tools used in the archiving process and administrative assistance, including photocopy tools, office tools and the contents of the archive itself.
- Work on the integrity, archiving and proper distribution of all technical documents in accordance with the group's technical documents procedure.
- Receiving product drawings from the Design Department for electronic storage for ease of use.
- Distribute the documents to the concerned departments according to the established procedure.
- Update documents in case of modification for archiving and distribution.
- Archive canceled documents for easy reference later in case of need.
- Archive all machine catalogs and receive new machine catalogs.
- Convert all archive contents to photocopies.
- storage ang archive external samples
- Archiving and following up the activation of the documentary cycle according to the ISO procedure.
- Carrying out all the requirements of the design office such as making vacations, purchase orders, payment orders, errands, photocopying
Job Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
