Role Description

  • For the group’s growing support operations based in Cairo, Egypt is looking to hire an ERP Odoo manager based in Egypt.
  • The ERP Odoo manager will be responsible for maintaining, customizing, and upgrading the ERP Odoo system for the Group.
  • The ERP Odoo Manager will also provide recommendations on the efficient and effective utilization of the different Odoo modules and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to execute successful ERP projects.

  • For the group’s growing support operations based in Cairo, Egypt is looking to hire an ERP Odoo manager based in Egypt.
  • The ERP Odoo manager will be responsible for maintaining, customizing, and upgrading the ERP Odoo system for the Group.
  • The ERP Odoo Manager will also provide recommendations on the efficient and effective utilization of the different Odoo modules and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to execute successful ERP projects.

 

Job requirements:

 

  • Gather and analyse business requirements and create detailed functional specifications based on business requirements. 
  • Design customized solutions within the ERP Odoo system to meet the needs of various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Configure Odoo modules, settings, workflows to align with business processes. 
  • Train end-users on how to effectively use Odoo for their daily tasks. 
  • Provide technical support to users, address issues and resolve challenges. 
  • Collaborate with Odoo developers for more complex technical requirements and provide updates on project progress and any potential issues.
  • Assign tasks to developers and monitor developing time, accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes. 
  • Evaluate the need for and facilitate the integration of Odoo with other third-party systems and governmental platforms
  • Stay abreast of the latest Odoo releases, updates, and new features.
  • Provide recommendations for adopting new functionalities to enhance system capabilities.
  • Test system end-to-end.

 

Job prerequisites:

  • 5+ years of functional practical experience in accounting in service industry.
  • 5+ years of experience with Odoo ERP System as an implementor.
  • Exposure to cost accounting for services companies and manpower services.
  • Good academic background (Prime University Graduate) 
  • English language (professional) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office 
  • Multitasking and deadline focus 
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving 
  • Self-starter and initiative attributes
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, HR, Accounting, and Inventory.
