Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets and industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design and propose tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance company visibility.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or a related role.
- Must have a car and valid drivers license.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Autocad.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
