Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative and formal writing, and speaking skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and class activities tailored to the appropriate stage.
- Evaluate and track students’ progress through classwork, assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Encourage student participation and create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction to support varied learning needs and levels.
- Incorporate educational technology and interactive teaching strategies into the classroom.
- Prepare students for standardized tests (national or international, if applicable).
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, English Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certificate or license
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience at the designated stage.
- Excellent command of English (native or near-native proficiency).
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into language teaching.
- Passion for literature, language, and teaching.
