Achieve the set annual revenue target from the specialty leasing program in each of the operating assets.
Prospect and negotiate short and long-term, third-party revenue-generating programs, such as Promotions, Kiosks, Counters, and ATMs for operating the property.
Assist in expanding opportunities in the Short-Term, Retail areas of each operating mall, with a view of a growing business.
Prepare all necessary documentation to ensure TMG is properly represented at all times.
Work with the Contracts management team to ensure timely dispatch of documents to clients based on the deal forms.
Maintain a proper filing procedure to record all deal-related correspondence.
Manage to present the department Required Reports professionally and on time.
Ensure that all dues (including but not limited to documents, payments, sales reports) are collected in a timely fashion.
Ability to efficiently communicate cross-departmentally (Mall Management, finance, Mall operation & Facilities) to maintain strong and healthy working business relationships.
Liaise with the operating properties management (engineers, operations, and finance) on day-to-day related matters to the short-term retail units.
Coordinate closely with the Retail Design & Delivery team whenever necessary (i.e. for new or existing units) ensuring the processes & procedures in place are strictly followed.
Maintain good relations with existing clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
Basic knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate or Retail Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Very Good Command of English.
