• Ensure adherence to quality standards and dimensional accuracy.

Laser Cutting Machine Operation and Programming:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot laser cutting machines for various materials and thicknesses.
• Develop and optimize laser cutting programs to maximize efficiency and material utilization.
• Maintain laser cutting equipment, including lens cleaning and beam alignment.
• Ensure cut quality and adherence to specifications.

Management and Technical Collaboration:

• Serve as a technical point of contact for CNC and laser cutting operations.
• Collaborate effectively with management to plan production schedules and address technical challenges.
• Provide guidance and support to technicians on machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical personnel.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures related to CNC and laser cutting operations.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, tooling, and production parameters.
