Job Description

  • Handling content management for digital marketing, blogs, social medias related to the company
  • Manage, maintain, and improve the company's social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc...)
  • Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy.
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research.
  • Identify key SEO KPIs.
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
  • Prepare and present reports regularly.
  • Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices.
  • Sets up your pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Google Search, Google Display Partners, and Google Mobile Ads.
  • Conducts keyword research to create a list of keyword phrases on which you will be bidding.
  • Creates Adwords Ads that will run on Google Search, Google Display Partners sites (if desired), and on mobile devices (if desired).
  • Tests different ads, by creating different headlines, different ad copy and different targeted audience
  • Manages your bids.
    1. What keywords were entered into Google Search, that resulted in your ad being displayed
    2. How many times visitors clicked on your ad, which ad was clicked on, and which keyword got the ad displayed.
    3. Guides you to create targeted landing pages for each of your Adwords Ad Groups.

Job Requirements

  • Proven SEM, SEO & Social Media experience and success managing PPC campaigns 
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite).
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field.
