Job Description
- Endorsement of shipping documents
- Entering data for all shipments in it’s related sheets.
- Ensure full conformity of purchases with authorized levels
- Finalizing SAP-related processes (creating POs – revising contracts).
- Sending orders to the suppliers and following up on receiving the P/Is
- Following up with suppliers the flow of the goods (Quantity- Timing).
- Communicate with suppliers in any problem related to shipments
- Manage the necessary documentation of every shipment
- Arranging driver's bonus with every shipment
- Filing of shipping documents and for suppliers data/e-mails
- Follow up the imported shipments from its departure starting from the exporter port till its arrival to the stores and taking necessary procedures for that.
- Annual statistics for all the imported commodities.
- Follow up settlements of goods' value to our suppliers in their due dates.
- Perform any other tasks related to the job
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, accounting, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of work experience
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a must.
