Job Description
- Drive membership sales through effective sales techniques, strategic planning, and goal setting.
- Train, Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery to members and prospects.
- Address member concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Build strong relationships with members to foster loyalty and referral business.
- Oversee daily operations of the sales department, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., fitness, operations) to ensure seamless member experience and operational efficiency.
- Assist in Coordinating promotional activities, events, and campaigns to drive membership growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and projections for management review.
Job Requirements
- A Minimum of five years of experience as a Sales Manager in a fitness center is a Must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, Customer Service & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for fitness and wellness.
- Preferably, Candidates residing in Nasr City or nearby areas.
