- Oversee all operations and maintenance activities related to the assigned medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) networks.
- Manage the on-site installation of smart meters and ensure the smooth execution of all associated installation activities.
- Supervise and monitor the work of assigned technicians within the MV and LV networks.
- Conduct close oversight of performance in the assigned networks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance work as per the established schedule.
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the owner's internal requirements are fully considered.
- Prepare comprehensive executive summaries and reports for work conducted on-site.
- Review existing network designs to assess and propose potential enhancements or changes for optimized performance.
- Develop detailed bills of quantities (BOQs) for projects, select the most efficient equipment and materials, and ensure proper vendor selection.
- Manage and oversee contractors and vendors during construction, ensuring proper handover upon completion.
- Prepare the necessary documentation for power distribution licenses and communicate accurate data to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to power distribution codes for construction, operations, and maintenance (O&M) activities.
- Strictly follow all health and safety (H&S) procedures.
- Meet the assigned operational expenditure (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) targets.
