Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer specializing in HVAC & VRF systems to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for oveesseing maintenance services across various assigned ensuring optimal performance and customr satisfaction
Duties and tasks
Managing Maintenance projects
- Receive the startup record and warrantee certification from the Projects’ Admin in order to define if the project under warranty or require initiation of maintenance contracts
- Initiate and execute maintenance plan for the periodic projects’ visits
- For emergency visits, Plan the resources (manpower) for satisfying the lead time requirements from the customers
- Manage the customer receiving for the maintenance service and coordinate with the finance in order to issue the bills for visits
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering,or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems& VRF systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
