Job Description
- Studying a design brief.
- Thinking of possible design solutions.
- Researching whether the design will work and be cost-effective.
- Using BIM software (Revit, Navisworks …...etc.).
- Writing regular progress reports and presenting them to project managers and clients.
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to client requirements.
- Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration.
- Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 3+ years' experience as a BIM engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of CAD, Revit, Navisworks software.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively.
