Job Description
1-Responsible for creating sales invoices.
2- Responsible for collecting the collections of the fleet reps
3- Responsible for the periodic or random inventory of the warehouse.
4- Responsible for the sub-treasury in the warehouse.
5- Make an Excel sheet with the collections he received
6-Make an Excel sheet with Deferred invoices or cash.
7- Disbursing cash from warehouse sub-treasury.
8-Supplying collections to the administration’s main treasury.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Accounting
- 1-3 Work experience as an Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Very good MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
