Job Description


  • Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Conduct telephonic interviews in obtaining data/information about requests
  • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
  • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
  • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations/comments
  • Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
  • Have key attention to details and able to verify information
  • Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone
  • Cross-reference specialized dictionaries and translation tools to check quality of translation
  • Carry out transcriptions from Arabic to English

Job Requirements


  • AGE between 32+ only (Please DONT APPLY if you are a fresh graduate or under 32 years)
  • Previous experience in TELESALES!! or EXCELLENT proven experience on the telephone
  • Can translate from Arabic to English perfectly (experience in Transcriptions).
  • Proven Research Analysis experience
  • Fluent in English (MUST)
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Previous experience in a sales
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
