Job Description
1 Campaigns:
- Liaise with the agencies and follow up on campaign material production.
- Brainstorm on creative ideas as briefed by the Chief Business Officer.
- Monitor projects and deadlines.
- Assist in evaluating the impact of campaigns.
2. Communication
- Setting the communication strategy and plan on quarterly basis
- Develop and manage internal/ external communication channels
- Prepare all communication and making sure it’s distributed among all our communication channels including mass mailing, Facebook, LinkedIn and our website
3. Media Insertions:
- Create layout in terms of design and content
- Prepare advertising schedules for each publication as requested by the Chief Business Officer
- Coordinate all advertising bookings for each magazine
- Ensure that all advertising is consistent with GlobeMed Egypt's image
- Provide Chief Business Officer with prompt monthly information, including press advertisements, magazines and rates updates
- Follow-up of ad’s publication and collect feedback and prepare competitors ads monitoring
- Report relevant events to the Chief Business Officer, and evaluate each of them in terms of attendance.
- Monitor all media activities
4. Corporate events:
- Prepare list of invitations
- Prepare and distribute invitation cards (if need be)
- Select appropriate locations and prepare site according to the Chief Business Officer brief and requirements.
- Supervise smooth implementation of the events
- Supervise gathering of confirmations
5. Corporate Mailing Lists:
- Update the database for mass communication necessities
- Share announcements as per Chief Business Officer’s brief.
6. Digital:
- Liaise with the various departments to gather information to be used for digital platform.
- Create digital posts from the gathered info.
- Ensure target audience are reached by posts through adequate sponsorship.
- Liaise with website developers to implement changes on the website and other different platforms
- Regular update of content on our website
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in marketing/ mass communication or arts
- Previous experience in digital marketing
- Fluent English & Arabic languages
- Excellent command of Photoshop and Adobe designing suites
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent use of social media
- Attention to details
- Can work under stress and meet tight deadlines
