Job Description

- You achieve success by adapts and applies engineering principles and techniques to design and develop components, features ensuring high product standards and deadlines.
- Leverages on technical and engineering skills to resolve technical issues.
- Proactive and willing to share initiative ideas and solution
- Implement plans for improvements in production efficiency and effectiveness.
- Involved in weekly planning, Transform abstract ideas specifications into actionable engineering tasks
- Write automated tests and technical documentation to increase code robustness and easy to use by other developers.
- Track user bug reports to find their root cause in our backend code, and apply solutions to them.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of backend experience using golang, preferable experience in building scalable backend infrastructure
- Hands-on experience in full life cycle technical development projects
- Knowledge and experience in server setup/configuration (Linux or other *nix) and database (MySQL)
- Understanding of payment methods, online transactions, API development
- Knowledge about unit testing, Automate test
- Good knowledge in technical architect and algorithm is a plus
- Good English skills (reading/writing is a must)
- Ability to work under pressure and fast-growing environment
- Proactive and good at time management
- Willing to learn new technology
- English plus Chinese Speaking is preferable
- Japanese speaking is an advantage
