Job Description
- Technically lead of PHP team.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through setting learning road maps per team and per developer, coaching, code revisioning, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with other software developers, implementers, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile based business applications.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Analyze and resolve technical problems.
Job Requirements
- Education: BA (prefer computer science and Computer Engineering)
- Experience: 5-8 years at least 2 years at the same position
- Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks
- Knowledge of Linux flavored operating system
- Excellent knowledge of the open-source stacks PHP, Noodjs and python
- Solid knowledge of REST API/GraphQL and XML RPC
- Strong object-oriented programming
- Developing projects, through implementation and deployment of the completed project
- Enhance existing projects while adhering to best practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, Leadership skills, organizational skills, Time Management. Problem solving skills.
