Job Description
- Lead and participate in development projects and be involved in all development-related aspects of the technical operations.
- Handle Odoo change requests and day-to-day issue troubleshooting of Odoo users.
- Collaborating with cross-functional & IT teams to resolve complex issues.
- Develop new modules as required and participate in business testing for the newly released features.
- Analyze, classify, and prioritize tickets based on severity and impact and understand the business areas to take the correct decision across opened tickets.
- Test new functions/modifications to existing application modules in accordance with application support.
- Configuration, installation, and maintenance of server and multi-database Odoo environments.
- Keeping different projects/versions under control using SVN or Git and Postman.
- Other development tasks in systems developed in Odoo more than Python.
- Ability to provide necessary application support relating to various applications, and corporate solutions (ERP, CRM …etc.).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Odoo development.
- Good English reading, writing & speaking skills.
- Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
- Excellent understanding of Odoo framework.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo Stack Technologies (i.e., Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Good understanding of Odoo module building and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of database administration.
- Techno-functional expertise.
- Good knowledge of supporting any of ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Odoo Technical Certification or Odoo Functional Certification will be an advantage.
