Job Description
- Prepare Material Purchase Requisitions (PRs) based on open orders and forecast orders with target prices.
- Review vendors quotations technically, financially and delivery period.
- Prepare evaluation reports and recommend the final accepted vendor.
- Review order confirmation (OC) material, quantity, Leadtime and prices Based on released PO.
- Follow-up with procurement team for open Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (Pos).
- Ensure the availability of minimum stock of regular materials.
- Support logistics team for Customs requirements.
- Monitor and Control for IN/OUT material flow for all departments.
- Co-ordinate meetings with vendors for engineering requirements.
- Hold meetings with departments’ head to finalize forecasts for material.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical power Engineering.
- Technical background on LV & MV Switchgears.
- Good command on MS Office, Excel and Oracle System is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
