Job Description
- Answer phone calls and guide guests to what they need.
- Coordinate between guests and the concerned employee.
- Sorting and forwarding all the e-mails to each concerned person.
- Receiving cash payments and submitting to the accountant and recording the transactions in an organized way.
- Checking the whole company property and coordinate with the maintenance if there's a need.
- Following up the drivers routs and their attendance and adherence to the schedules.
- Supervising the company buffet supplies, making sure that there’s enough stock from the usual drinks and supplies.
- Supervising the company cleanliness and the tea boy attendance, making sure he/she comes and leaves on time and his/her performance in the assigned duties.
- Coordinating with the different telecom providers to pay bills, manage company phones and mobile lines, keep an eye for special promotions and discounts and informing the management when needed.
- Getting and negotiating quotations with different vendors for office supplies and equipment, keep a record for the purchased assets and stocks, and following up maintenance or replacement as needed.
- Doing some secretarial tasks like creating needed documents using MS Word, Excel sheets, copying, scanning & archiving documents when asked for … etc.
- Any other assigned tasks or duties.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in management or any related field.
- From 0 to 1 years of experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
