Job Description
- Shgardi's hiring an Operation Agent to manage customer queries and complaints, ( Live chat - Order Tracking - Logistics ).
- Increase the level of customer satisfaction which is the company's first priority.
- Receiving the couriers/customers issues through our support channel, then solving them.
- Tracking orders and calling the pending orders’ beneficiaries to solve any pending issue related to the orders.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Follow up with the couriers on the application.
Job Requirements
- Experience in food delivery apps “ Operation - Logistics "
- Bachelor's Degree, and undergraduate in the gap year welcome to apply.
- Ready to start immediately.
- Very Good to use Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Maximum Age : 26 Year.
Working Environment :
- Working Hours : 8 Hours - 30 min break.
- Working Location : Maadi.
- Working Days: 5 Days Rotational.
- Days off : 2 Days Rotational.
- Medical Insurance after 3 months.
- KPIs ( based on performance ).
