Job Description

  • Shgardi's hiring an Operation Agent to manage customer queries and complaints, ( Live chat - Order Tracking - Logistics ).
  • Increase the level of customer satisfaction which is the company's first priority.
  • Receiving the couriers/customers issues through our support channel, then solving them.
  • Tracking orders and calling the pending orders’ beneficiaries to solve any pending issue related to the orders.
  • The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
  • Follow up with the couriers on the application.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in food delivery apps “ Operation - Logistics "
  • Bachelor's Degree, and undergraduate in the gap year welcome to apply.
  • Ready to start immediately.
  • Very Good to use Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Maximum Age : 26 Year.

Working Environment :

  • Working Hours : 8 Hours - 30 min break.
  • Working Location : Maadi.
  • Working Days: 5 Days Rotational.
  • Days off : 2 Days Rotational.
  • Medical Insurance after 3 months.
  • KPIs ( based on performance ).
