Job Description

  • Engage with customers via live chat—promptly, professionally, and personably—in both Arabic and English
  • Provide accurate support and information on vehicle models, service bookings, and spare parts
  • Manage multiple chats simultaneously with speed and precision
  • Understand customer needs and ensure their experience is smooth and satisfying
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, parts, and customer care) for efficient routing and follow-up.
  • Log and document all interactions in our CRM system in real time

Job Requirements

Languages & Education:

  • Fluent Arabic and English (written & spoken)
  • Preferred graduates: Faculty of Arts, Alsun, or Education

Experience:

  • 2+ years in customer service, digital support, or live chat roles
  • Experience with chatbots, WhatsApp Business API, or digital platforms is a big plus
  • Automotive industry background is highly valued

Tech Skills:

  • Comfortable with CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of API integrations and digital communication tools
