Job Description
- Engage with customers via live chat—promptly, professionally, and personably—in both Arabic and English
- Provide accurate support and information on vehicle models, service bookings, and spare parts
- Manage multiple chats simultaneously with speed and precision
- Understand customer needs and ensure their experience is smooth and satisfying
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, parts, and customer care) for efficient routing and follow-up.
- Log and document all interactions in our CRM system in real time
Job Requirements
Languages & Education:
- Fluent Arabic and English (written & spoken)
- Preferred graduates: Faculty of Arts, Alsun, or Education
Experience:
- 2+ years in customer service, digital support, or live chat roles
- Experience with chatbots, WhatsApp Business API, or digital platforms is a big plus
- Automotive industry background is highly valued
Tech Skills:
- Comfortable with CRM systems
- Basic understanding of API integrations and digital communication tools
