Job Description
- Make sure of the implementation of the construction plan according to schedule.
- Check approved shop drawings to identify the steps and materials needed for implementation in site.
- Coordinate with warehouse regard the quantity of material needed to be provide in advance.
- Coordinate with the technical office regarding any construction problem related to shop drawings to take the required action.
- Monitor quantities of materials implemented to report any estimated extra cost.
- Monitor subcontractors’ completion percentage and quality of work to coordinate with quality control department.
- Resolve any problems or issues occur in site construction and escalate the issues to the Construction Manager when needed.
- Log and monitor the submitted material according to the shop drawings and technical office.
- Monitor sub-contractors’ team performance and report any problem to Construction Manager in order to take necessary actions.
- Supervise the construction team in the area of responsibility to perform the required job efficiently through the allocated material & manpower.
- Coordinate with Quality Control Department the schedule & the quantity of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required.
- Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles that need resolution to be sent to the Construction Manager to be sent to the Ops Manager and the Top Management.
- Ensure the sub-contractor and labor are applying all safety & quality requirements in all site activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering is a must.
- 8– 12 Years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
