Job Description
- Identify waste, and develops specific proposals and execution plans for improvement projects
- Continuous development of performance measurement.
- Progress reporting on weekly basis
- Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
- Translate business needs to technical specifications
- Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)
- Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes).
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems.
- Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
- Develop and update technical documentation
- Follow up monthly stock at toll companies and comparison it on SAP stock
- Visit the toll company to review any deficient in any item actually at toll site.
- Recheck the receiving and addition of any transfer item at SAP
- Control the unused stock between company or sell it
- Control the near expired stock by transfer between toll companies.
- Owner for the monthly meeting between SC and finance to review the receiving and sending item record on SAP
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in business management, accounting, statistics, information technology or any relevant field .
- Experience from 5: 7 years at the Same role(especially in supply chain ).
- SAP User is a must .
- Pharmaceutical Industry experience is preferred.
