Senior IPC Specialist

Work Scope: QC - Production areas – Warehouse – Sampling and retained store

1. Checks and assures the implementation of safety measures in all production areas and the warehouse.
2. Checking the receiving step of all raw/packaging materials in the warehouse and inspecting all containers for cleanness, correct identification, sealing conditions /damaged containers and the consignment quantity.
3. Checks the sampling process of raw/packaging materials and its related documents according the sampling SOP.
4. Inspecting monthly retained samples and checking the destruction process for all retained samples of the raw, packaging materials and finished products which reached its destruction date.
5. Reporting any deviation in all production areas and warehouse to the Head of IPC.
6. Review the production batch record for completion and assure that it is done according GDP rules before transferring it to QA.
7. Checks the internal calibration and external calibration for ipc instruments.
8. Performing periodic ipc tests during the manufacturing processes according to the batch record or ipc sops and recording all ipc activities in the related documents.
9. Withdrawing all needed samples according to the batch record or ipc sops, sending it to the quality control lab for analysis and following up its results.
10. Ensuring the setup of machines, cleanness of production areas and monitoring the temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure in all production areas, dispensing area, sampling area and the retained store.
11. Checking all production activities during dispensing, manufacturing and packaging processes according to the batch record and related sops.
12. Checking the correct implementation of cleaning procedures and if needed withdrawing rinse/swab samples from all production machines / equipment / tools according to the cleaning validation protocol or any related sop/protocol.
