Job Description

  • Providing courteous and professional phone support to customers
  • Updating customers' account data, as required
  • Managing inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Assist in resolving customer inquires/complaints
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Fulfills all duties as communicated and assigned by the call center supervisor
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.

Job Requirements

  • Strong command of the English language  is a MUST
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Graduates only
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • 0-3 years of experience (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply)
  • Telesales/Call Center experience is a PLUS
  • Excellent Communication and Soft Skills Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
