Job Description
- Providing courteous and professional phone support to customers
- Updating customers' account data, as required
- Managing inbound calls in a timely manner
- Assist in resolving customer inquires/complaints
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Fulfills all duties as communicated and assigned by the call center supervisor
- Research required information using available resources.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
Job Requirements
- Strong command of the English language is a MUST
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Graduates only
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- 0-3 years of experience (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply)
- Telesales/Call Center experience is a PLUS
- Excellent Communication and Soft Skills Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
