Job Description

-To assist in managing the facility operations within the assigned portfolio of assets/buildings while implementing best supplier and customer relationship management, Facilities management, building energy services management, and maintenance that improve the overall operational efficiency of managed assets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, that help achieve Enova's business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Assist in monitoring SLAs for Site Operations, and ensuring that they are aligned to service delivery, customer expectations, and expectations from suppliers / service partners in order to achieve quality service delivery, effective supplier relationship management, and profitability.
    .
    2- Analyze CAFM activity reports to determine trends, problem areas in relation to staffing, work completion rates, equipment failures, PM balancing and asset life cycles.
    .
    3- Monitor resource utilization within the Site to ensure that the right number and talent is available for running operations (civil works, mechanical works, electrical works, building inspections, etc.), accomplishing targets, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives.
