Job Description
- Arrange for alternative & contingency production plans & schedules, and keep materials’ deliveries priorities current to updates in production plans.
- Maintain ERP system master data, records and reports and all data to monitor inventory levels
- Run effective MRP through BOM explosion into valid production materials delivery schedules for production environment.
- Monitor all purchase orders to measure purchasing performance and on-time material deliveries.
- Control production materials inventory levels & budget while maintaining proper cash flow levels measured by materials shortage risk.
- Prepare and maintain a master schedule that support sales forecast, enhance and develop production schedules for manufacturing departments, create and follow scheduling of material to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
- Establish effective communication channels with internal & external stakeholders
- Release PRs requesting production materials identifying quantity, date according to production plans and sales forecast considering materials planning data sheets for all responsible buyer(s) together with any required updates.
- Minimize material write off during any phase in phase out.
- Facilitate appropriate fulfilment of production orders and planned inventory stocking requirement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (AASTMT Grad is preferable).
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar field.
- Good command of English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
