About the Job:
- Participate in business planning with the front line management to develop a marketing & communications strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements.
- Manage the development of marketing objectives and strategies for assigned brands based on a comprehensive understanding of customers, products and market environments for both long and short term.
- Accountable and responsible for the development of annual commercial plans.
- Preparing and monitoring the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis to allocate funds wisely.
- Identify and recommend potential activities, sales and expansion opportunities to further the growth and enhance the reputation of the company.
- Assist developing and presenting all necessary Sales input and also with the negotiation of prices and terms and conditions with each prospective customer.
- Increasing the value of current customers and key industry players while attracting new ones.
- Monitor performance against plans and recommend and make changes as necessary to ensure that targets are achieved..
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

- Post-Qualified & proven experience of at least 2 years in the field of marketing and business development especially in marketing agencies.
- Cutting-Edge Communication skills & interpersonal abilities, with the ability to produce and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations - comfortable in presenting to both small and large audiences.
- Able to work across business groups to align and amplify global marketing efforts and lead the development of connected business growth programs.
- Profound analytical skills & reports processing.

- Should have strong business acumen, accompanied by analytical and creative thinking skills.
