Site Supervisor / Site Assistant (Finishing & Fit-Out)

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer Assistant to join our team specializing in high-quality finishing and fit-out construction projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating with subcontractors and the construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Coordination: 

• Supervise and manage all day-to-day site activities related to finishing and fit-out works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal construction team to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
• Monitor work progress against project schedules and identify potential delays or issues.

Quality Control:  

• Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures for all finishing and fit-out works.

Safety Management: 

• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards on the construction site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Technical Expertise: 

• Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors and the construction team on finishing and fit-out-related matters.
• Interpreted shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide solutions to site challenges.

Site Workflow Management: 

• Organize and manage the workflow on the construction site to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate the delivery and movement of materials and equipment within the site.
• Implement strategies to optimize site logistics and minimize disruptions.

Reporting and Documentation: 

• Maintain detailed and accurate site reports, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, and safety records.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, such as as-built drawings and handover documents.
