Job Description

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

- Provide wide support to visitors.

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

- Respond departments inquiries according to policies and procedures.

- Assist in the admin department reporting system.

- Ensure that office policies and procedures are performed.

- Order admin department supplies and keep an inventory of stock.

- Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (pens, forms, and brochures).

- Perform other receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying and faxing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • +3 years of experience.
  •  Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant/receptionist.
  •  Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
  •  Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  •  Good in English.
  •  Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  •  Excellent  verbal and written communications skills.
  • Problem Solver
