Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for assisting in the opening and closing procedures, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations of the store. This role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations as needed.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures, including ensuring the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked.
  • Demonstrate excellent salesmanship by actively engaging with customers, identifying their interests, and offering suitable products or services.
  • Perform data entry for walk-in customers, including capturing customer information and processing invoices accurately.
  • Initiate and process invoices for purchases, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed to maintain adequate product availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least [X] years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers to drive sales and meet targets.
