Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing
initiatives. 

This role involves developing and implementing effective digital
marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, drive website traffic, and increase
customer engagement and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Digital Strategy Development:

  •  Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align
    with business objectives.
  • Research market trends and analyze competitors to identify growth
    opportunities.

2. Campaign Management:

  • Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various
    channels (e.g., email, social media, PPC, SEO).
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to
    optimize results.


3. Content Development:

  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant
    content tailored for different platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and resonates with target
    audiences.


4. SEO and SEM:

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and
    drive traffic.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI and track
    performance metrics.


5. Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy, including content
    creation and community engagement.
  • Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and enhance
    audience interaction.


6. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track website and campaign
    performance.
  • Prepare regular reports to present insights and recommendations to
    stakeholders.

    7. Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure a unified
    marketing approach.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers
    as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related
    field. Relevant courses in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing,
    and social media strategies are highly valued.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with
    proven success in campaign management.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads,
    Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
  • Strong ability to analyze data and make informed
    decisions based on metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant
    Contact).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and customer relationship management
    (CRM) systems.
