We are a UAE-based company in Dubai, seeking a Web Development Manager and a Web Development Project Manager to join our team.

In this role, we have two vacancies available: Web Development Manager and Web Development Project Manager. The Web Development Manager will oversee the entire web development process, from planning and strategy to execution and deployment. The Web Development Project Manager will manage the development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively utilized.

1. Web Development Manager

• Oversee, manage, and guide the web development team in creating and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications.
• Ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all web development projects, including theme and plugin development for WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Lead the optimization of website performance, security, and scalability.
• Evaluate and implement best practices in coding standards, tools, and frameworks.
• Manage in-house team members, freelancers, and third-party vendors effectively.
• Regularly review team performance and provide mentorship to foster growth.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and UI/UX design.
• Oversee the creation and management of a large portfolio of websites across multiple countries, languages, business industries, and e-commerce platforms, catering to the company, dealers, and distributors.

2. Web Development Project Manager

• Plan, create, and manage project scope of work, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for web development projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, UI/UX, and marketing) and external vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of WordPress and WooCommerce-based websites, focusing on custom themes and plugins.
• Collaborate on designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and devise mitigation strategies.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
• Facilitate clear communication across departments to ensure efficient workflows.
• Use analytics to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Present project updates and outcomes to stakeholders regularly.
• Stay informed about emerging web technologies and development tools.
• Oversee the creation and management of a large portfolio of websites across multiple countries, languages, business industries, and e-commerce platforms, catering to the company, dealers, and distributors.
