Job Description
Travel Coordinator Handel travel arrangements. Schedules hotel, flight, and car rentals and prepares itineraries. Being a Travel Coordinator answers questions about travel policies and process. Assists with visa processing and other travel related documentation. Additionally, Travel Coordinator ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget. May coordinate with outside travel agencies. submit reports to a supervisor. The Travel Coordinator works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.
Job Requirements
- To be a Travel Coordinator typically requires 3-5 years of related experience, or may need 2 years experience with additional specialized training and/or certification.
- Previous experience in Travel Agency
- Ability to maintain and manage customer relation ships
- Excellent communication skills is needed
