Responsibilities
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Handling phone calls, texts & chats.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Answering customer's questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Fluency in English & French is a must.
- Experience with research and maintaining databases.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Understand their target audience.
- Remarkable communication skills.
- Grads only.
- Working from home.
- Rotational shifts.
- 2 days off per week (Rotational).
