Job Description
| Responsible for ensuring the availability of all company finished products according to the monthly and annual production plan as well as the sales forecast. |
| Ensuring that each process meets the delivery dates according to sales forecasts or customer requests. |
| Reviewing the production plan and making sure to issue work orders |
| Reviewing daily reports on inventory shortfalls, warehouse uptake / turnover and discussing these reports with the Production department. |
| Reviewing the monthly plan requirements report (raw materials & packaging materials) and scheduling the work orders. |
| Ensuring the implementation of the production plan. |
| Discussing with the direct manager any deviations of the production plan. |
| Contributing to the removal of production constraints regarding the availability of the raw materials and packaging materials. |
| Submitting monthly and annual reports to the Supply Chain Director about the production process and production plan. |
| Following-up on the stock balance of goods and samples. |
| Following up with the material planning manager on the estimated arrival date of the raw material. |
| Prepares a weekly production plan and share it with concerned parties. |
| Prepares and follows up on the export tracking sheet covering all the export orders. |
| Follows up the production plan with the production manager on daily basis. |
| Applying the company policies and work for achieving its goals according to the ethics, rules & regulations. |
| Performing any other task assigned by the Supply Chain Director related to the field of work. |
Job Requirements
| Bachelor degree (Preferably in commerce) |
| Excellent in MS office and internet browsing |
| Good in Arabic & English (writing and speaking) |
4 years’ experience in similar position in a reputable pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical company - Experience in procurement - Courses in Planning Management. - Courses in the negotiation skills.
