Job Description
General Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Providing courteous and professional phone support to customers.
- Updating customers account data, as required.
- Assist in resolving customers complaints if any.
- Troubleshoots problems and provides information.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Fulfills all duties as communicated and assigned by the call center supervisor
- Preforms other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role (call center or customer service environment).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point).
- Age: 23 to 27
- Gender: Females
- Working hours: 09:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m
- Days Off: 1 day off
