Job Description
- prepare internal and external job advertisements ,selecting the best candidates for vacant positions, scheduling interviews with various departments and recommending them for technical interviews.
- Follow up on the new hires documents , handing over work tools to employees and finalizing the signing of contracts and declarations, as well as completing their files.
- Responsible for branches site visits to Monitor workflow, inspect the conditions of the branches, and follow up on employee complaints and suggestions.
- Ensure that procedures are correctly applied and escalating issues for necessary action.
- Follow up on the employees' social insurance in coordinating with compensation & benefits department.
- Conduct exit interviews for resignations to take necessary actions.
- Assist in the annual performance appraisal of employees.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Human Resources or similar degree.
- Proven work experience at least 2 years in FMCG industry as HRBP, or similar role.
- Proven experience in mass hiring ( white and blue collars)
- Understanding of full cycle recruiting with Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing.
- v.good knowledge of labor law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
