Job Description
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues.
- Analyze and diagnose technical problems and provide solutions.
- Respond to user requests in a timely manner to service issues and requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site.
- Repairing and replacing IT equipment as necessary.
- Document and report IT issues and resolutions.
- Provide training and support to users on IT systems and applications.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support. Preferred in industry sector.
- Proven experience as an IT support specialist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Platform and virtualization technology.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information assets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
